Grupo Versus will have more than 20,000 students, where the founders of Prefortia (Juan Díaz), Jurispol (Francisco Rius), and Forvide (Pablo Jiménez) will remain linked to Versus and will lead the group’s strategy. Grupo Versus is created to continue adding other verticals to its educational offer, all operating as a group, while maintaining their identity and the values that have made them the best in their field.
BlueBull has acted as the exclusive financial advisor for Grupo Versus in the process of integrating the three academies and in the search for a financial partner capable of supporting the group’s ambitious inorganic strategy, which has culminated in the entry of Corpfin Capital, an entity with more than 30 years of experience in supporting business projects seeking to accelerate their growth.
Grupo Versus, after the integration of Prefortia, Jurispol, and Forvide, is the leading group in preparing for competitive examinations for the State Security Forces and Corps.
