BlueBull, the financial advisory firm specializing in technology and high-growth companies, has acted as exclusive advisor to BEONx in structuring a deal with Lighthouse, a global provider of market intelligence for the hospitality industry.
BEONx, based in Madrid, is a leading technology platform in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) for urban and vacation hotel chains. The company has developed a solution that enables hotels to maximize their profitability through revenue optimization and efficient management of operating costs, advancing towards its vision of building the first Total Profit Platform based on artificial intelligence.
The agreement with Lighthouse reinforces BEONx’s strategy of openness and collaboration with world-class technology partners, facilitating the integration of Lighthouse’s market intelligence data on joint customers and thus improving the accuracy of BEONx’s algorithm.
BlueBull has advised BEONx in the structuring of its agreement with Lighthouse, helping to consolidate its position as a leader in technology solutions for the hospitality industry and to accelerate its international growth. This operation is part of the strategic advisory activity in growth agreements, supporting technology companies in expanding their impact through integrations and relevant partnerships.
Founded in 2012 in Spain by Rubén Sánchez and Emilio Galán, BEONx was born with the aim of simplifying revenue management in the hotel sector and to be the first Total Profit Platform based on artificial intelligence.
They have more than 230 hotel brands as clients and manage more than 2,500 properties with their platform worldwide, being leaders in Spain and Latin America.
