Archiva Group, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions specialised in document intelligence, e-invoicing, and process automation, has acquired DDM Technology with the aim of integrating DDM’s innovative SAP-native document management technologies into its comprehensive digital services suite, strengthening its capabilities in enterprise automation and process optimisation.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Padua, DDM is a leading provider of SAP-native solutions for digital document and workflow automation. The Company operates in the enterprise software space, offering a suite of certified Add-Ons that streamline document-driven processes within SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments. DDM’s platform enables users to manage, automate, and archive business documents natively within SAP, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency. The solution offers embedded digital workflows for invoice automation, procurement, digital archiving, e-invoicing, and e-signature integration.

BlueBull exclusively advised DDM Technology and its shareholders throughout the transaction, supporting the Company in executing a strategic deal designed to accelerate its growth trajectory. The combination of DDM and Archiva Group will create a leading force in the enterprise document automation vertical, uniting deep SAP-native capabilities with end-to-end digital transformation expertise to unlock greater value for corporate clients in Italy and across Europe.
