Arcano and BlueBull agree to start a new phase in 2022

The two firms, which had been in a joint venture since February 2020, will bet on independent models from now on.

Arcano will continue to invest in traditional investment banking sectors, strengthening its technological team to provide transversal support to all of them, while BlueBull will continue to specialize in digital business models and technology, and will begin its international growth in the south of Europe.

The final balance of the ArcanoBlueBull joint venture has been settled with 15 operations closed in 2021.

Although the two firms are now advancing in differentiated models, they will continue to collaborate and take advantage of the synergies of Arcano Partners and BlueBull to carry out relevant operations in traditional sectors.
